Refund policy

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item, and we pay return shipping.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear or earrings, and we say so on those product pages.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return.

Faulty or wrongly-sent items

Tell us and we will make it right: a replacement, or a full refund including any shipping you paid. The 14-day window does not apply to a fault.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order that has not yet shipped and get a full refund. Tell us before it ships and we will confirm.

How to start a return

Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the item you are returning. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

The quickest way to exchange something is to return it for a refund and place a new order.
